Madara is not a full strength, giving Naruto a slight advantage. Seeing as Naruto can now use the Fourth's teleportation jutsu, which the Fourth used himself to land an attack on Madara, jcombined with the fact that he now has absolute control of the fox, I would guess would be at such a great advantage that unless there were an inturruption, such as Sasuke comming for his final fight, Naruto could easily be the victor. But if Naruto had never learned the Fourth's jutsu, I doubt he would EVER be able to defeat Madara.
Madara can handel himself against Kage level shinobi. Even after he was supposedly "wekened" by the first Hokage he was still able to kill the wife of the 3rd Hokage, an Anbu medic, take control the Kyuubi and still fight the 4th Hokage. I think he'll be able to handel himself against Naruto if they fought but im not completly sure who would win. Madara was once the Mizukage(how the hell that happened I don't know) and controlled the 4th Mizukage so he's more likely at this point in time.
